Casio America, Inc. announced today, the STB-1000, a new Bluetooth v4.0 enabled sports watch that allows the wearer to check personal fitness data from popular mobile apps, operate a music player on a smartphone, receive message notifications and locate a misplaced phone.

The STB-1000 offers all of the essential functions of a timepiece that Casio fans have come to expect including time display, daily alarms and a countdown timer.
These are only compatible with iPhones, and will be on display in Casio’s booth (#10904) during the International Consumer Electronics Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, January 7-10, 2014.
There is no mention on price or availability date, and no mention on Android compatibility as well.
